Who am I?

My name is Juliet and I’m a highly qualified and experienced Teacher, Mindfulness Consultant and the Author and Illustrator of the book, ‘Mindfulness’, and the series, ‘Mindfulness in a Tin’.

 

I help busy people reduce stress and restore balance through practising Mindfulness. Having experienced its power myself, I know how it can bring calmness, peace of mind and better health, creating a deeper sense of wellbeing. My mission is to make these benefits accessible to anyone seeking calm amidst the chaos of everyday life.
